Do's and Don'ts
Don't open up eBudde in multiple tabs within one browser. eBudde can get confused as to who you are and which council you are with. Do open up a new browser window. eBudde does not get confused
Do un-submit a service unit order if necessary. Don't forget to re-enter the service unit order on the SU order line if applicable.
Workarounds
Delivery station sign up sheets display the "We are sorry" messaging. Do the following steps on the delivery station settings tab to correct the issue.
Click the delivery station in the navigation on the left
Click the settings tab on the right
In the middle of the page, increase the number of the pickup stations by one. i.e. If pickup stations says 1, change it to 2.
Click update
Click the settings tab again
Change the pickup stations number back to the original number
Click update
