Booth Sales in eBudde allows you to automate the scheduling of troops for Council-sponsored booth sites.
The "Booth Scheduler" is one of our newest modules that allows councils unlimited time slots for booth site signups by the troops throughout your council. There are two parts to this module. Council level booth sites and troop requests for local booth sites.
Council Booth Sites
Council booth sites are sites available to every troop in the council. You can import your sites from a spreadsheet allowing multiple sources of input. Importing can be done as many times as necessary. There is no limit to the number of sites you have in the system. You have many attributes you can apply to these sites, the address information, dates of availability and time ranges and breakdown. Council sets the rules for how many time slots a troop can sign up for and these rules can be change as the season progresses. The setup is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3.

Troop Requests
Troops can ask for approval for booth sites they find on their own. Council can set the troop rule for when booth sites can be available to the consumer. Council can also designate who will be allowed to approve or deny the requests. Troop must enter the business name, location and the dates and times they would like to sell the cookies to the public.
